Thomas Moore speaks in Tampa on 13 Nov. 2010
Hay House offers the schedule for its I Can Do It! 2010 — Tampa event scheduled for 12-14 November 2010 at the Tampa Convention Center, Tampa Florida, on its Facebook page.
Thomas Moore speaks on Saturday 13 November, 2010 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in a concurrent workshop. According to Hay House, "Thomas speaks to the importance of healing a whole person — body, soul, and spirit — a person with emotions, history, family, and work rather than simply treating a body. He gives advice to both healthcare providers and patients for maintaining dignity and humanity during illness and treatment. Providing spiritual guidance for dealing with feelings of mortality and depression, Thomas encourages patients to not only take an active part in the healing process, but also to view illness as a positive passage to new awareness and possibilities for life."
Check Hay House's 2010 Tampa Convention site for pricing and registration details. Hay House offers a Work Exchange program for this event: "Receive a discount for the main conference in exchange for working behind the scenes. Positions are limited — apply early. Work exchange volunteers will not register for the conference, but will be able to attend keynotes and participate in concurrent workshops on a space-available basis when not fulfilling assigned duties. For more information, please contact the Customer Care Department at 800-654-5126 or e-mail cgabler@hayhouse.com."
