Watch Moore's Florida presentation online

Thomas Moore's January presentation, Healing Body, Soul and Spirit, delivered at the University of Florida, may be viewed as an online video feed using Windows Media Video format. Thank you to the Center for Spirituality and Health for sharing Moore's talk which is approximately 51 minutes.

While concluding his talk, Moore invites the audience in Gainsville, as he says he does in other cities he visits, to create "a little Tibet". By this, he suggests the people in the audience, contribute to crafting a spiritual environment, in this case Gainsville, that would attract others to come for the soulful ambience often associated with Tibet, the Dalai Lama, and his personal characteristics. Moore says it shouldn't be necessary for Americans to trek across the world seeking a spiritual milieu when each caring community, here, has an opportunity to create its own "home" embued with desirable features.
