Kripalu hosts Moore's weekend event in November

Thomas Moore offers his weekend program Ageless Soul: Creatively Navigate Life's Passages, Enjoy Growing Older, and Be Uniquely You at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Friday 8 November to Sunday 10 November, 2019. Tuition includes a paperback copy of Moore’s book Ageless Soul: The Lifelong Journey Towards Meaning and Joy.
"This weekend includes discussion, dream work, break-out groups, and brief “soul-meditations.” As a former monk who holds a PhD in religious studies, Thomas offers a deeply spiritual outlook on aging. He draws on 40 years as a psychotherapist to address intimate and difficult aspects of growing older, looking at the mythic and universally human experience of aging.
On the evening of Saturday 9 November at 7:30 p.m., Thomas Moore and Angela Farmer present The Alchemy of Time: Aging is Becoming Who You Are: "The secret to aging well is the understanding that all stages of your life exist in every moment. You are neither old nor young; you are everything, every moment compressed into the passing present. You are richer than you can imagine, more timeless than you can understand." This special evening event is free for in-house guests. No general public tickets are available.

Tuition: $270.00 per person + room and meals. Register online now.
